I hear that sound again...

As I got off of the Ohio turnpike Friday night, I had no idea what I was thinking. I was definitley reliving some moments, going back to CP, mainly thinking... what the hell am I thinking. I vowed never to work there again and even not to visit for a long, LONG time. But... Thom emailed me in January, and here I was, driving into a supervisor seminar when I had a ton of other things to do.

Things look pretty empty in mid-April. They got a new Taco Bell and a Best Buy on 250. Exciting stuff for sure! I called Chrystina and kinda drove around for awhile before I actually went to check in at Commons... (wow, haven't heard that word in awhile). Eventually she called back and I went to get a key and such, then we met in the parking lot :) YAY! It was good seeing her again.

There were even some gay boys running around. Definitely not used to that around here. Though, there probably aren't any decent ones as I'm convinced that well, there are none. Ok... maybe like 2. Maybe.

ANYWAY, we hung out for the rest of the night in sandusky. I got to see EMILY (and some guy she attacked), and DONNA, and AMANDA, and then, later.... MARY-BETH! It was a great evening, although quiet. And cuddling with Chrystina wasn't so bad. tehe...

So yeah, that was my night. The day was pretty good too. Our area is going to be awesome this year, Whitnie and Kelley are the other 2 area sups. I don't really know them too well yet, but by the end of the day I feel pretty good about how the season is going to go. Nothing much changed other than they got rid of the Swans and painted Iron Dragon this obnoxious yellow-red color. YUCK! Oh, and we have 3 new restruants in the park, plus some fun new carts I get to play with (kettle corn, asian cart, etc). It was nice to see people too.

I had to call Joel, after all, a lot of my memories from last summer center around him. We actually had a nice talk on the phone... I promised not to make out with Chrystina on our rock at the pier... LOL. I told him I would come visit sometime... hmm.

Anyway, Saturday night, despite a little party going on in the apartment, I passed out, first on Brendans bed then I went to my own and slept until this morning. Now I have a ton of catching up to do on school work, but whatever... It was a good weekend, and I can't wait for the summer at CP. :)

Ok, so its been awhile since I've updated... But theres not much new. Mr. Right doesn't exist right now, though some Prince Rights might just be running around waiting to fill that. Actually, I care less about it as time goes on and I have too much to do anyway.

Jobs... Don't have a real one yet, though i suspect I could work at CP forever... lol

School... can't wait to graduate (3 more weeks... plus another 3 weeks... yay) Teaching is cool but i'm ready to finish student teaching and do it for real, DAMMIT. hehe

Friends... I feel like I never see them :( I miss you guys.

Work... is going well. Can't complain... Easter went really well though James is lucky to have fingers left and I think I'm nominating Steph and Beth for sainthood.

Life is good... I'm still down sometimes, but getting out of here will be nice. There ARE people I won't miss a bit. But, everyone has their redeeming qualities...
