Rainy days and SUNdays

Enough winter already!

I can barely stay awake these days, let alone keep focus.

Today was a work day, rather productive... but theres still so much to to. I'm working on the paperwork side of my music history unit. Its daunting to realize that I did a wonderful job of teaching my 7th graders about general music, but now I have to go back and put all of that on paper complete with state and national arts standards. So, I'm under a mountain (basically) of paperwork to do right now. By the end of the week, I should have the whole unit done and ready to go. I need to create something interactive... so i think im going to work on a bulletin board and maybe a jeopardy game or soemthing that i don't have time to actually do with the students but will look awesome on paper.

I finished my church work to some extent for my meeting that is rescheduled for Tuesday. It will be brief... I have too mcuh to get done before Friday. Friday is more of a personal goal because I want to email everything to Dr. Asslviani to make sure its all ok before its too late to change anything at the end of my placement. I just want to get all the paperwork done for it so I can get ready for my elementary kiddies. Honestly, I love teaching, i just hate not knowing what I have to have turned in and when, etc...

I'm feeling awfully blah, and tension aroudn the apartment is getting kinda bad. The place is just getitng to be a mess and neither of us wants to clean at all, let alone at the same time. Brendan and I were both PMSing this weekend because, man... it was bad. But, we got things settled I think, a new shower curtain, and the hall closet is now clean. Done...

I will NEVER get my laundry caught up... thats a huge mess right now. Grandma is doing a lot of it, but circumstances were such that I needed to do some too. Sooo... thats on the to-do list as well. Additionally I have either work or a meeting every night this week at 7... Fun times!

Oh im busy and burned out and Clarion is sucking the life out of me, but the end is definitely in sight!

Its usually light out when I drive to school in the morning, and I'm starting to think about packing up my apartment and what will go to storage at my moms and what to take with me... Its complicated with CP coming up too... Basically, i'll be packing for most of the month of May...

Life is so crazy, but i'm happy with what its becoming... :)
